JP Snead only employs dedicated M&A professionals focused on the Technology sector. The Company is headed by John Snead who has spent 20 years in the investment analysis and financial markets both in London and Silicon Valley. John Snead has completed more than 80 transactions both at his own firm and at firms such as Morgan Grenfell, Arthur Andersen and KPMG.
The vast majority of these deals have been in the IT software and services market covering both public and private transactions. While in Silicon Vallley John Snead was at the forefront of the development of private placements for public companies, raising $50m for Learnout & Hauspie and $5m for Cyberguard.
John holds the following qualifications: MBA, CFA, CF and is regulated by the ICAEW.
